State Labour Service Inspections 2026 – 15 Answers for Employers

“State Labour Service Inspections. 15 Answers for Employers” is a practical guide by Borysenko & Partners law firm, 2026 edition, published in Ukrainian. The answers were prepared by the firm’s attorneys on the basis of Ukrainian legislation and Supreme Court case law and are current as of 11 September 2026.

We published the previous edition in February 2019. Since then, almost nothing is left of the legislation it described, so instead of updating the old brochure we wrote a new one. Martial law suspended scheduled inspections and changed the grounds for unscheduled ones, a court declared invalid the procedure under which the State Labour Service carried out inspection visits, and fines have more than doubled.
